Please complete the following form for each M&A deal where you had a significant impact and you would like to submit for consideration (at least 2 initiatives are recommended). Please make your answers as complete as possible.

  • Please complete and submit your Experience Form in one sitting, as you cannot save your progress and return later to finish.
  • The review and grading process will take 3-4 weeks.
  • Each experience form has the potential to be awarded 25 to 100 credits, based on your role and responsibilities, and on the outcome of the transaction.
  • In some cases, you may be asked to elaborate or clarify before credits can be awarded.
  • After evaluation, your credits will be uploaded on your dashboard on the M&A Leadership Council website.

IMPORTANT: Your answers for these questions may be published in the CMAS Experience Library. Sensitive information should be disguised. For example, do not use actual company names or real names of people involved or other identifiable details. Instead, use CompanyA/Company B or Buyer/Target for companies; and use job titles rather than names.
